• Orders placed MONDAY - WEDNESDAY by 2:00pm (CST) are shipped 2nd Day Air delivery (Next Day $30 additional charge)
• Orders placed on THURSDAY by 2:00pm (CST) must go Next Day Air delivery - with an additional charge of $30
• Orders placed on FRIDAY by 2:00pm (CST) must go Saturday delivery - with an additional charge of $35 (most markets)
• No orders can be shipped to a P.O. Box
